All of our contracts are fully customized to your needs. Do you prefer preventive or corrective maintenance? What response times would you like to set, and what costs are you willing to cover? Or perhaps you need an all-in service contract, where you don’t bear any risk and all costs are fully covered? What agreements will we make regarding calibration execution, and how will software updates & upgrades be handled? We would be happy to create a service agreement tailored to you in consultation with you.
Many of our customers already benefit from added security with one of our service contracts. If you are a BK Connect user, you have the option to sign an M1 contract. This gives you, among other things, regular software updates and revisions, exclusive access to the helpdesk, and discounts on our course offerings.
